EditAI™ is a multidisciplinary educational content creation platform (hereafter referred to as EditAI™ platform). The purpose of the EditAI™ platform is to provide tools and create conditions that enable Teachers to quickly, efficiently, and creatively prepare content for multidisciplinary lessons and activities (hereafter referred to as Projects) for students using digital tools.
The EditAI™ platform is owned by UAB "EditAI" (hereafter referred to as the Company). The Company holds all intellectual property rights for the EditAI™ platform, to the extent permitted by the law. Users of the EditAI™ platform (Teachers) are granted rights only as specified in these EditAI™ Platform Usage Rules (hereafter referred to as the Rules). By using the EditAI™ platform, all users agree to respect and not infringe upon the Company's intellectual property rights related to the EditAI™ platform and its content.
Before starting to use the EditAI™ platform, each Teacher must familiarize themselves with these Rules and confirm their understanding and agreement to abide by them. While using the platform, Teachers must adhere to these Rules without exception.

If the Teacher disagrees with the Rules, they are not granted the right to use the EditAI™ platform.
3. To use the EditAI™ platform and access its functionalities and content, each Teacher must have a personal, individual account on the platform. 4. It is prohibited to register on the EditAI™ platform using someone else's personal data, as well as to use another person's account.
5. The Teacher is entitled to use the EditAI™ platform as long as the specific school's contract with the Company remains valid, and the Teacher maintains an employment contract with that school. If either the school's contract with the Company or the Teacher's employment contract expires, the Teacher's right to access the EditAI™ platform will cease following the contract's end date.
6. The Teacher is required to keep their username and password for the EditAI™ platform confidential. This means they must not share these details with any third parties in any manner and should employ usual and reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access to their account.
7. If a Teacher discloses their EditAI™ platform username and/or password to third parties, or if a Teacher suspects unauthorized access to their account on the EditAI™ platform, they must immediately notify the Company, so that the Company can take appropriate actions to safeguard the EditAI™ platform and its content.
8. Upon logging into their personal account on the EditAI™ platform, a Teacher is authorized to use its functionalities, data, information, and content, including generated Projects, solely for their intended purpose – to prepare and conduct lessons (activities) with students at the specific school which is authorized to use the EditAI™ platform under the contract with the Company. Teachers must not use the EditAI™ platform and its resources, including any generated Projects, for any purposes other than those specified in this paragraph.
9. The data, information, and content on the EditAI™ platform, including generated Projects, are exclusively for the use of the specific Teacher accessing them through their personal account. The Teacher agrees not to share any of this material with third parties, including teachers who do not have an account on the EditAI™ platform. Teacher is allowed to share the material with students as necessary for conducting lessons or activities which must be led by the Teacher who has an EditAI™ account.
10. A Teacher wishing to collaborate on Projects with teachers from other schools must ensure those teachers are also users of the EditAI™ platform. Sharing generated Projects with non-users of the EditAI™ platform is strictly prohibited.
11. The EditAI™ platform is owned by the Company. The users of the EditAI™ platform or any other parties are prohibited from altering, copying, distributing, or otherwise using the EditAI™ platform's data, information, content, and any specific generated Projects in any unauthorized manner. All rights related to the EditAI™ platform and its contents, including generated Projects, are protected. Reproduction, copying, adaptation, transfer, public availability, distribution, publication, or any other use of the EditAI™ platform's content, including generated Projects and their elements, is strictly forbidden unless explicitly permitted by these Rules. Additionally, distributing the EditAI™ platform or the data required for accessing it in any form or manner is also prohibited.
12. The Company reserves the right to remotely monitor the usage of the EditAI™ platform to ensure compliance with these Rules. The monitoring includes the ability to investigate any Rule violations and observe user actions on the EditAI™ platform. Should the Company find or reasonably suspect a violation of these Rules, it may impose measures to restrict the EditAI™ platform use without prior notice. These measures can include, but are not limited to, access restrictions, temporary or permanent bans, and limitations on EditAI™ platform functionalities.
13. The Company has the right to implement any actions and/or measures to protect the EditAI™ platform and its content at its discretion at any time.
14. The Company reserves the right to install updates, modify the design, functionalities, and content of the EditAI™ platform, and make any other changes, including preventive and maintenance work, at its discretion at any time. Teachers will be informed in advance of any anticipated disruptions. The Company aims to schedule planned changes that may affect the EditAI™ platform's operation during off-peak usage times, such as at night or during student holidays.
15. The Company is not responsible for any disruptions in the operation of the EditAI™ platform or for the outcomes of its use, including the content of generated Projects, their relevance to a Teacher's specific needs, or their practical applicability. As the EditAI™ platform serves only as a assisting tool, it is up to each Teacher to decide if and how to use the generated content in their practical activities, and they bear responsibility for these choices.
